At Aurora London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Aurora London box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective dust bag is included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
